Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange. The product must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, instruction sheet. Units not including the above items or not received in brand new condition, will not be eligible for refund. Puzzle Pod units must be returned with the original unlocking code of GRAPE. Units that have been reset to unlock to another code word will not be refunded. Puzzle Pod Junior units must be returned with out labels applied. Puzzle Pod Mini units must be returned with shrink wrap still intact and no labels applied.  Return shipping to be paid by customer. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable, only original price paid for item. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. Please email us at 4thoughtproducts@gmail.com for a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. Damaged Deliveries: Please inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. If the item is received damaged please notify our customer service department within 48 hours. You must hold the original packaging and merchandise for inspection by the carrier; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
