Shipping & Handling

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt or sooner. “Standard Shipping” means that we may choose to ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion. We ship to Alaska or Hawaii, however there may be a surcharge. Several UPS shipping options are available upon check out. Refer to UPS website for the estimated delivery times based on your shipping method chosen.

If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will be contacted. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (however, you are only billed one shipping charge per order). All orders are processed during regular business hours on Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and shipped using the method you have chosen. All orders placed on a Friday evening will not be processed and ready for shipping until the next business day (usually Monday).

Address Correction Fees:

Please double check to make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Address and zip code MUST be valid. All orders requiring address corrections are subject to the following fees:

1) for Ground shipments: $10.00

2) for Air shipments: $10.00

Shipping Carriers

Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box or military address.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the products ordered and the location to which you are shipping. For the lowest rates, consider shipping to a business address instead of a residence.
